Description
Long before wellness trends discovered its warm, resinous scent, Palo Santo ("holy wood") was already a cornerstone of Indigenous healing traditions across South America. Burned by shamans and healers for centuries, it was used to clear negative energy, invite calm, and mark the beginning of something intentional.
Our Palo Santo is sustainably harvested from naturally fallen trees in Ecuador, where the wood is only collected after lying on the forest floor for four to ten years. This waiting period is not incidental. It is essential. It is during this time that the tree's aromatic oils fully develop, and that the practice of taking remains rooted in reciprocity rather than extraction.
Each stick carries that patience with it.
Burn it to begin: a morning ritual, a creative session, a moment of stillness. Let the thin thread of smoke do what it has always done: shift the energy in a room and in yourself.
To burn: Light the tip, allow it to catch for 30 seconds, then gently blow out the flame. Rest it safely and let the ember do its work.
Sold individually. Approximately 4 inches each.
