Our offering of Royal Afternoon Tea in collaboration with Aixois French Restaurant, which is just down the block from Tea Market, features five Vegetarian courses, each carefully paired with what I feel is the perfect tea to accompany each dish.

• Strawberry Scone with Butter and Strawberry Jam paired with Oolong Goddess

• Gazpacho, a chilled soup bursting with the flavors of Summer Veggies paired with White Mountain

• The classic Cucumber Sandwich with Dill Cream Cheese Spread served with Kettle Chips paired with Afternoon Black Tea

• Spinach and Green Onion Quiche style Tart with Gruyere Cheese paired with Morrocan Mint Green Tea

• House made Peach Cobbler topped with Vanilla Ice Cream and a sprinkle of Cinnamon paired with Peach Nectar Oolong Tea
