Join us for another enchanting Royal Afternoon Tea, our signature five-course experience where every bite is thoughtfully paired with the perfect steep. Hosted in the elegant front room of Aixois, this special summer gathering celebrates the very best flavors of the season with a chef-curated menu and thoughtfully selected teas from Tea Market.

This August's menu is entirely vegetarian, showcasing the vibrant fruits, vegetables that make late summer such a delicious time of year.

Each course highlights the fresh, vibrant ingredients of the season, while every tea has been chosen to complement and elevate the flavors on your plate.

First Course: Blueberry Scone served with Blueberry Jam

Second Course: Chilled Aixois Gazpacho

Third Course: Savory Kale & Shaved Brussels Wrap served with a fresh Watermelon Wedge

Fourth Course: Individual Quiche with Roasted Corn, Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Basil & Gruyère Cheese

Our partnership with Aixois French Restaurant brings together the art of fine dining and the ritual of tea. We'll gather in their beautifully appointed front room, reserved exclusively for our event, to enjoy an unforgettable afternoon featuring exquisite cuisine prepared by Chef Emmanuel Langlade, one of Kansas City's most beloved chefs.

As each course is served, Stacie and Jess will guide you through every tea pairing, sharing the story behind each blend, why it was chosen for the dish, where it comes from, and how to brew it perfectly at home. You'll also receive samples of each featured tea to continue the experience long after the afternoon ends.

Guests will enjoy 10% off their entire purchase at Tea Market on the day of the event, making it the perfect opportunity to take home their favorite blends from the afternoon.

To add an extra touch of celebration, guests may purchase a glass of Brut Champagne from Aixois for $14.

Things to Know Before Making Your Reservation

• This event features a fixed vegetarian menu with curated tea pairings.
• Individual dietary restrictions, food allergies, or caffeine substitutions cannot be accommodated.
• This event is for guests 18 years and older.
• Reservations are prepaid and non-refundable.
• Because each menu is prepared specifically for our guests and seating is limited, cancellations cannot be accepted.
• Groups of up to six may reserve together and will be seated together. Communal seating may also be part of the experience.
• A glass of Brut Champagne may be purchased separately from Aixois for $14.
• You'll take home samples of all five teas featured during the afternoon.
